1. What types of earrings does Baybridgeauto offer? We offer a wide variety including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your earrings are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unused earrings in original condition with tags attached. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your earrings hypoallergenic and comfortable? Yes! Most styles are made with hypoallergenic materials (sterling silver, 14K gold-filled, surgical stainless steel) and are nickel-free to minimize irritation. Posts and backs are designed for all-day comfort. If you have very sensitive ears, we recommend choosing our clearly labeled hypoallergenic collection.

7. How do I care for my earrings?

  • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after each wear.
  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, or harsh chemicals.
  • Store in a dry place, preferably in the original pouch or jewelry box.
  • For gold-filled or silver pieces, occasional polishing helps maintain shine. Specific care instructions are included with each pair.
